However, recent changes in NHS guidelines mean that the Mirena coil is no longer available in the primary care setting for anything other than contraception. Recognising the impact this may have on patients seeking this form of treatment, See me GP is proud to fill this gap in care by offering Mirena coil fittings. In addition to the Mirena coil we also offer the Kyleena and cooper coil fitting for contraception.
Dr. Jenny Cusack brings extensive expertise in women’s health, including menopause management and contraceptive counselling. With her guidance, patients can rest assured that they are receiving care from a knowledgeable and experienced practitioner.

Following the consultation, appointments for coil fitting can be easily booked there and then or through our website, if preferred.

Introducing The Coil: A Solution Offered by See Me GP. Our pricing structure reflects our commitment to transparent and affordable healthcare. The cost for coil fitting at See me GP is £345, inclusive of the initial consultation. (The cost of the initial consultation is deducted from the total cost at the fitting appointment). Should additional removal and replacement be required, the total cost is £375.
